The room was updated and cool, we had a nice experience. The continental breakfast had variety of food.

The staff were friendly, had a relaxing stay in September.

It is overall clean and huge hotel, the staff are supper friendly and location close to everything is unbeatable!

I had a perfectly pleasant experience here, everything was really good, the location was decent close to the highway as well as restaurants.

Everything about it was great. Exceptionally comfortable beds, multi-channel television, a microwave oven and a writing desk in the room.

Staff were sweet, wi-fi was free, and I liked its DECENT location near many restaurants and Knoxville. The breakfast was outstanding and had lots of food. Pool was nice, comfortable to sit around.

We are happy to say that we loved staff and atmosphere. No complaints, would recomand this place;)))

Spectacular location, genuinely professional staff and awesome breakfast. Welcoming unit with utensils and cutlery. Great value in a luxury hotel.

Staff and food were great overall. The hotel was placed 16 miles away from the airport. We loved our good stay there a lot.

Everything was clean and great. Fresh meals at hotel. Location: the property was not far from the freeway and many restaurants and the highway.

Unexpected and exceptionally clean hotel, comfy beds. For breakfast there was continental with eggs, bacon and cereal to choose from. Really well laid out room, great value compared to other hotels. The staff was really caring, were happy to help.

Planned to see Knoxville major attractions and it was brilliant base for visiting all of them;))

Polite service, ESPECIALLY HELPFUL personnel, interesting design. I loved eggs and bacon in the restaurant. It was great to have snacks in the reception.

Altogether a reasonably priced popular hotel. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved West Knoxville district. Polite staff and management.

Bright bathroom, brilliant service, cozy bed. A nice beach, absolutely brilliant view. Again, it's 1 mile from Zuma Fun Center.

We loved the rooms and food. Easy walk to the secluded beach. Incredible view of sea. Hotel offered snacks in the lobby.
